The four questions everyone asks first.
Drivers set a per-seat price inside a fair band we suggest for the route. A Johar Town → Gulberg seat is typically PKR 200–300, where a solo cab runs PKR 800–900. You see the exact fare before you book, and it never changes afterwards.
Through your Karwano wallet. The fare is held in escrow when you book and released to the driver only after the ride completes. If a ride is cancelled, refunds follow clear published rules — no chasing anyone for cash.
By design. Choose women-only rides or filter for female drivers, share live tracking with trusted contacts, and reach SOS with one tap. Every member is CNIC-verified before they can book or offer a seat.
